WORK EXPERIENCE
2005-2007 Manager of the Bulgarian Subsidiary of the French Théaud S.A.Group (35), an S.M.E. of 75 personnel and Turnover of 450 000€/an
Development of the subsidiary Théaud Maurice Bulgaria, environmental services and waste management, turn over : 450 000€/year
– launching of a new activity: burying of local waste (Turnover ± 100 k€ / year). I have managed technical operations, relations with local authorities, the respect of environmental legislation, the recruitment of two technical employees and an administrative clerk, the communication with the local press and the client enterprises, the creation of activity reports filed with local town authorities,
– preparation of a crucial commercial offer: sale of a French waste sorting installation to Bulgaria combined with a 10 year operating contract,
– management of the completion of the new offices in Bulgaria (floors, walls, ceilings, electricity, plumbing, painting, exterior insulation) and completion follow-up,
– revision and improvement of the relations with local town authorities: I evidenced some dysfunctions and persuaded the local authorities of the importance of the investment realised by Théaud S.A. Group and thus enabled improved relations between the parties,
– applied for three public tenders from local towns,
– setup of company communications and of the administration system: Internet site, advertising material, documentary system and accounting.
2004 Bulgarian commercial attaché, Investrade (Genève), practicum of six months
Setting up of a "portefeuille" of suppliers and presentation to institutions on behalf of the Investrade Company, advice on international trade, installation of factories, subcontracting.
Representation to the international institutions present in Sofia (BERD, World Bank, European Commission) practical information research on the tools of financing, advertising to Bulgarian companies and professional associations, research on Bulgarian companies in several industrial areas and follow-up of a commercial file. research for partners in Belgium and France for a Bulgarian producer. I managed these different projects on my own, as the only company employee when Investrade first implanted in Bulgaria.
